With spaces for Date, name, charge pressure, charge amount, Lube type, Lube amount, aux label location & Dealer stamp.

This sticker can be written on with a ball point pen, pencil or sharpie pen.

Sticker measures approximately 90mm x 75mm.

Stickers is cut to rounded oblong shape, to the edge of the blue (white border in photograph is backing paper and is not part of the sticker).
