This is designed to hold all those little paper pieces you need in your car such as copies of your insurance whent travelling abroad, handbooks, greencards, small maps, car parking passes, tickets  etc. or it may be used for spectatcles, cloths, first aid and pills, small change, gloves etc etc.

It can also be used to house all those small tools you wish you had in your car when you just need to tweak, tighten adjust something, like a little screwdriver, pliers, fuses etc etc.
